DESCRIPTION

The property is located in the village of Gołądkowo, Winnica commune, Pułtusk district, province. Masovian Voivodeship, on the Pułtusk-Nasielsk route, approx. 57 km from Warsaw.
Plot area: 0.35 ha. The plot is fenced, developed and well-kept. It is located in a complex of properties currently developed with school buildings of the Jadwiga Dziubińska Agricultural Education Center School Complex in Gołądków.
Buildings located on the plot:
-The historic, main teaching building (three-story with a usable area of 1,147.2 m2 and a built-up area of 473.97 m2) of the former District Agricultural School for Men, opened on January 15, 1924. The building has great historical and artistic value due to its good quality (and still preserved) development of forms characteristic of the interwar years, and more precisely for a style close to the "manor style". The school began operating in the interwar period. After the outbreak of World War II, the school functioned as an institution where classes for German women were conducted.
CURRENTLY, IT IS THE ONLY FACILITY OF THE FORMER ASSEMBLY AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL PRESERVED ALMOST IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM.

The property was entered in 2013 in the register of immovable monuments of the Masovian Voivodeship under No. A-1191. Possibility of development and expansion after obtaining the opinion of the Conservator of Monuments.
